One of Paul's hobbies is reading Roman and Greek books. He has a degree in Classics, and has kept this interest going during all his working life, altjhough he's never been able to spend a lot of time on this. Now he has retired, he has taken a renewed interest in the ancient world and the old authors. It is a long time since he got his degree in 1979, and he has rarely been able to share his interest with others. Over time he has lost contact with the academic world, and formed his own opinions. He doubts if he has come up with anything which nobody has thought about before, but occasionally he writes up his ideas, and this site gives the opportunity to share these with others.
